World Delirium Awareness Day

Many thanks to everyone who participated in the World Delirium Day event on Wednesday 13th March 2024. We spent time throughout the day speaking to visitors, patients and staff to raise awareness of the early signs of Delirium.



Nursing staff participated in our Delirium Awareness Quiz. This generated great discussion within teams on the early recognition of Delirium and how we care for patients.

It was a positive learning experience as many of the facts about delirium were applicable to daily practice and transferrable across all clinical settings.
